MAYAI YA KWARE YANALIWAJE

TOFAUTI ILIYOKO KATI YA MAYAI YA KWARE NA KUKU





Katika siku chache baada ya kupost kuhusu kware hapa kwenye hii page ya  ulimwengu wa kware nimekuwa nikipata maswali kuwa nini hasa tofauti ya mayai ya kware na yale ya kuku ingawa mada za awali zilikuwa zinaonyesha tu kwa habari za watu waliopata kutumia mayai haya na kuona umuhimu wake katika afya na baadhi ya tovuti kuongelea tu kwamba mayai haya ni mazuri yanasaidia kwa afya bado kama watu tulienda shule ilikuwa haikidhi haja kuamani tu yakuwa yana saidia katiaka afya, nikiwa mmojawapo wa watu ambao niliona yanasaidia watu walikuwa nakuoteza kumbukumbukumbu, wenye matatizo ya miguu, pressure, kisukari, rush kwenye ngozi na alleggy wakiendelea vizuri. Na mpaka sasa mimi napenda kuiita hiki chakula bora na sio dawa  kama watu wengi waliotumia wakapata nafuu au kupona ya yaliokuwa yakiwasibu   na wale waliokuwa  na dhaifu nyingine katika mwili wakarejea afya maridhawa lakini msimano wangu binafsi napenda kutambua mchango wake haya mayai kama chakula bora.  Ndio maana hata Mungu aliamua kuwapa wana waisrael kama chakula kwenye Kutoka 16:13 na mtumishi Daudi anakomelezea kwenye Zaburi 105:40.
